Sheriff Clarence Dupnik & the AZ Shootings

Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik the Democrat who began the liberal firestorm in blaming the right for the killing of six wounding of 14 including the attempted assassination of Representative Gabrielle Giffords is playing games with his politicizing of this tragic situation. In fact I will go as far as saying that his political rhetoric is being used to push his own agenda as well as cover his irresponsible ass in the wake of more information about the shooter coming to light.

Within the first hour of the shooting well before much was known publicly about Jared Lee Loughner, the lunatic who went on a rampage in at the Safeway Grocery Store in Tuscon, Arizona, Dupnik convened a press conference about the case and immediately placed the fault for the shooting on political, "vitriol," centered around the conservative stand against illegal immigration.

Since those early moments Dupnik has taken every opportunity in pressers, interviews and newspaper headlines to continue to slam conservative politics as the cause of the killer taking a gun and killing on Saturday. Even with more evidence appearing every day that this lunatic was nothing more than a crazed mental case without any political agenda, Dupnik continues to go after, "right wing," politics as the cause to the point that yesterday he specifically cited Rush Limbaugh as creating an atmosphere of political hatred against government as the reason Loughner going on his murderous rampage.

Dupnik is not the only liberal who is falsely accusing the right of causing this tragedy. He is among many from the idiots on the left. The rag called a newspaper, The New York Times along with MSNBC, CNN, the alphabet networks and many other media outlets are expressing their anger over losing political power by doing their usual unfounded claim of accusing the right for every violent act in this country. While the media is pushing their normal lying agenda which is as uncalled in politicizing this tragedy as always, Dupnik is doing more than pushing the liberal agenda.

His office failed completely in preventing this lunatic from his murderous rampage and Dupnik is using the, "right wing, " blame game as a means to take the spotlight off his Departments failure to act in a clear dangerous situation and ignoring the fact that Loughner was a ticking time bomb looking for an opportunity to explode as he did on Saturday.

Dupnik and his irresponsible Sheriffs Department were not only well aware and very familiar with the many violent threats against several people INCLUDING Giffords, but this crazed killer had been on their radar for a considerable amount of time because of many reports of his violent tendencies and threats. At one point Dupnik's Department informed citizens who reported Loughner's threats of violence that he was under mental care which was not the case but a deliberate lie by the Sheriff's Department to appease complainants.

This is a tragedy that could have been prevented if the now media hog Dupnik had acted BEFORE Loughner's lit fuse ran out on Saturday. This failure to act by Dupnik should be investigated and rather than the false blame game played against the right, the liberal Sheriff charged with neglect of duty in ignoring a known threat allowing it to continue until it reached its point of explosion on Saturday. Dupnik and his failure are just as responsible for this senseless killing as Loughner is in pulling the trigger which took the lives of so many and wounded the lives of many more involving our entire Nation in the after of this very preventable tragedy.

It goes much further. His idiotic statements have, in my view jeopardized the prosecution of this loony. This so called "officer of the law" is nothing other than a cancer in our society. Full of the same hatred towards everything we as Americans hold dear, he viciously slandered the majority of Americans. What do you do with a cancer? You cut it out! This guy, as all the other Anti-American scumbags in positions of power (including the MSM) must go!

Is Julian Assange of WikiLeaks Guilty of Sex Crimes?

For a moment, forget what you think about Julian Assange and WikiLeaks. In your opinion, is he likely guilty of these sex crime accusations? Or is it a government setup to send him to prison?

British police arrested Julian Assange on December 7 over charges of sexual misconduct in Sweden. Accused by two women of rape, molestation, and sexual coercion, Assange agreed to give himself up to the British police but has vowed to contest extradition to Sweden. Some skeptics question, however, the validity of the charges levied against the founder of Wikileaks.

According to conservative pundit Glenn Beck, who maintains mixed feelings about WikiLeaks but contends that Assange has dangerous anarchist motives, the facts surrounding the sexual accusations against Assange do not add up.

On August 11, Julian Assange arrived in Stockholm, where he was to be the key speaker at a seminar. There, he met the first woman with whom he engaged in a sexual relationship: Anna Ardin.

Anna, a well-known radical feminist who once hosted a blog entitled “Seven Steps to Legal Revenge” that explained how women can use courts to get back at their unfaithful lovers, befriended Assange, and later invited him to stay in her small apartment in central Stockholm in preparation of the seminar. Following a romantic dinner one night, the two had sex with a condom that broke (an important fact in the case). Both admitted later that the condom did in fact break during sex.

The next day, Anna hosted a party in her home for Assange in his honor. During the party, Anna tweeted the following: “Sitting outside; nearly freezing; with the world’s coolest people; it’s pretty amazing.”

Meanwhile, Assange began a concurrent affair with a second admirer, Sofia Wilen. He met Sofia at his seminar, which took place in the afternoon on the same day of the party to be thrown in his honor by Anna. During the party, Assange was allegedly engaging in phone flirtations with Sofia, who boasted about the flirtation with her friends.

On the Monday following their meeting, Assange and Sofia went back to her home and had sex with a condom. The next morning, they had sex again, but this time without a condom. She would later claim that she was angered by Assange’s alleged refusal to wear the condom.

Evidently, she was not angry enough, as the next morning, the couple went out to breakfast together. Afterward, Assange returned to Stockholm on a ticket purchased for him by Sofia.

A lawyer who recently represented Assange explains, “The exact content of Wilen’s mobile phone texts is not yet known but their bragging and exculpatory character has been confirmed by Swedish prosecutors. Neither Wilen’s nor Ardin’s texts complain of rape.”

Following both sexual rendezvous, neither woman seemed to harbor any resentment toward the man they later accused of rape, molestation, and coercion.

It’s worth noting that Anna and Sofia met during the same meeting wherein Assange met Sofia and were acquaintances of sort, because the story only becomes trickier from here.

After Assange returned to Stockholm, Sofia became overwhelmed with fear that unprotected sex with Assange could result in the contraction of a sexually-transmitted disease or pregnancy. She contacted Anna to confide in her, angering Anna, who demanded that Assange no longer stay in her home. He refused. Assange, however, claims that Anna did not ask him to leave her apartment until three days later.

A day or two later, the two women sought police action.

According to the Daily Mail, “The female interviewing officer, presumably because of allegations of a sabotaged condom in one case and a refusal to wear one in the second, concluded that both women were victims: that Sofia had been raped, and {Anna} subject to sexual molestation.”

While on my elliptical machine this morning, I was watching the news but couldn't hear it. It appeared to me that a local newspaper was endorsing a local politician.
Should a media outlet be doing this? Isn't the job of the media to report the news - not to make it? Let's say the nation's most popular newspaper endorsed a republican for the presidential election in 2012. What if that newspaper was owned by a media company with a popular news channel on television? Isn't this the media taking control and manipulating the public to influence the outcome of an election?
What if MOST of the popular newspapers and national television news stations endorsed a republican in 2012?

What if that newspaper was owned by a media company with a popular news channel on television? Isn't this the media taking control and manipulating the public to influence the outcome of an election?

Having seen the new film "The Social Network" (the biopic of Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook), I noticed that it raises a few valid questions about greed vs. progress.

In Zuckerberg's road to becoming the world's youngest billionaire, he loses his friends in the process. But for the sake of progress, should such social suicide be frowned upon, empathized with, or glorified?

Dan Rather's Citing of Media Bias

Former CBS news anchor Dan Rather noted on today's Morning Joe on MSNBC that the traditional media is largely ignoring Democratic Senator and Vice Presidential candidate Joe Biden's alarming comment on Sunday: "... Mark my words, within the next, first six months of this administration if we win, you're gonna face a major international challenge, because they are going to want to test him...."

Rather pointed out "... Certainly if Sarah Palin had said this it would be above the fold in most newspapers today... If Sarah Palin had said this, the newspapers would have jumped all over it and so would have the major television outlets."
Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski agreed with Rather's assessment, saying "I'm seeing spotty media coverage."

Spotty is an understatement.

Last night, ABC's World News failed to report Biden's assertion. Rather's old network CBS barely mentioned it on his old show, the Evening News, as a part of a "McCain attacks Obama campaign" story. NBC's Nightly News did, but omitted the most volatile portion of his statement, "Mark my words, within the next, first six months of this administration if we win, you're gonna face a major international challenge...."

Not only was it not above the fold in the New York Times, it was on Page A18 in paragraph eleven of a story headlined "Obama Briefly Leaving Trail to See Ill Grandmother." The Washington Post made brief mention of it on Page A4.

The liberal media's silence on Sen. Biden's guarantee of a ‘major international challenge' in the ‘first six months' of an Obama administration is a crystal clear example of their horrendous coverage throughout the 2008 Presidential campaign.

It's media bias so bad, even Dan Rather can see it. A Vice Presidential candidate tells us to ‘mark his words' that some enormous global crisis will occur on their watch, and the liberal media either intentionally omit it, skew their reporting to minimize it or bury it deep in the inner recesses of their newspapers.

Rather is right again about Gov. Palin. The liberal media have gone into overdrive since Day One to smear her as a dolt, a ‘Caribou Barbie', yet here we have perpetual gaffe machine Sen. Biden promising us an international catastrophe as a part of their Administration's transition effort and the press reports nothing.[/B]
